 Our new Tee Connectors sold out incredibly quickly when we launched them earlier this month! But fear not, we’ve got MORE back in stock for you folks!

While we really do prefer soldered connections, there are modelers who do not want to work under the layout with a soldering iron and of course there are sometimes places where it’s simply not convenient or comfortable to solder!So… We are constantly looking long and hard at what is available to find the ideal connectors to make your layout wiring easy, while also maintaining the best possible quality of connection. 

The growing DCCconcepts i-Link connector range is the result!

Introducing the i-Link TEE connector for your Track Power Bus!

 

The heavier wires of the track power bus are also among the hardest connections for modellers to make, as heavy wire is harder to solder. The DCCconcepts i-Link TEE connector is the perfect answer for this problem.

Able to take a wide range of cable sizes reliably, the i-Link TEE connector is a very simple way to connect your Control system’s power output to your layout’s Power Bus, with the Controller connected to the centre terminal and the two arms of the TEE holding the power bus as it spreads to the left and right, just as it should! With the pack containing 6 Orange and 6 Blue connectors, there’s no confusion about polarity either, so getting things right is simple too!

 

General instructions:
• Measure wire length carefully, then Strip the wires LONGER than needed and twist the stripped portions.
• Cut off the excess or any “ragged ends”. Re-tighten the twist if needed with a pair of pliers at the stripped end.
• Insert the cut and stripped ends into the connector and SNAP it closed. It will grip really well!
