 Connecting wires together can be a pain, especially when it’s for a tight space installation such as fitting lights to a loco, or adding pick ups to a tender that leads back into the locomotive, space is usually at a premium - So what’s the solution?

 

Our range of micro harness connectors are absolutely ideal for those jobs that require a connection that can be easily unplugged! Such as adding pick ups or lights into a tender for a locomotive! Maybe adding through-power to a DMU or coaching set?

They’re perfect for this sort of application, with the two-wire harness being just 15.36x6.34x4.08mm! TINY!

 

Small in size, but incredibly durable - As you can see the connectors easily plug into one another, meaning super convenient connections are possible!
The wire ends also come pre stripped and pre-tinned. meaning you can easily solder them with minimal fuss! The circuit board also has a handy hole for a screw fixing too!

 

Unplugging them is simple, gently hold the plug by the CONNECTOR (not the wires! NEVER be tempted to grab and pull on the wires!) and with a gentle ‘wiggling’ motion, the connectors slip apart. Leaving you free to safely remove your loco tender, separate your through-lighting on coaches - or even lift removable buildings from your layout which may have lighting installed!

 

Currently available in 2 wire and 4 wire variants, these handy harness connectors are also fully compatible for use with DCC decoders, to help with hard wiring installations!
